Start a list

On Home, type or paste names, categories, or addresses, one per line. Choose Find places and select the matching locations you want. Check the addresses when a place has more than one branch.

You can use or export the results immediately. Choose Save list and give it a name to keep it in your library. Add groups and notes to make it your own.

Share your recommendations

Open Export to choose formatted text, plain text, Markdown, or PDF. Use Include to choose addresses, notes, map links, and travel estimates. You can edit the text before copying, sharing, or saving a file.

Add to Notes uses an Apple Shortcut. Follow the one-time setup in the app, then send your list to Notes with its formatting and map links.

Use your list on another device

Sign in to the same iCloud account on your devices. Saved lists, groups, notes, starting points, and saved routes sync through your private iCloud. Unsaved lists stay on the device where you started them.

Open Settings → Sync Now to check for updates and see the last successful sync. You can also pull to refresh or use Command-R on Mac.

Add travel times or a route

Choose a starting point to compare drive and walk estimates. To visit several places, open Route Planner. You can arrange up to seven stops, add appointments, and compare your order with a suggested order. Travel times are estimates; recalculate a saved route when you need an updated plan.

Availability and requirements

Nearabout requires iOS 27, iPadOS 27, or macOS 27. The public beta is not accepting new testers yet. Check TestFlight availability.
